Burns are among the injuries that affect approximately 1% of the population of Slovakia every year. Burns are caused by excessive exposure to thermal energy on the surface of the body, or even to deeper structures. The resulting tissue damage depends directly on the temperature of the heat source and the time of exposure to this source.
It follows that if we want to provide effective first aid , our effort must be as quick as possible.

WATER JEL - Critical Kit is a burn kit created based on the experience of the terrorist attacks in London, designed to protect the most vulnerable parts of the body - the face and hands. WATER-JEL sterile dressings provide effective first aid for burns I to III degrees without the need for special training. Their water-based gel structure relieves pain, cools the burn area and protects against contamination. Water Gel / Burn Gel 80 ml
Burn Jel cooling gel: immediate first aid for minor burns and scalds. Cools and soothes. Helps prevent infection. Intended use: as a first aid treatment for healthcare professionals and laypeople. Directions for use: apply a thick enough layer to the affected area. Do not rub into the skin. The gel is most effective if applied in a thick layer and left in contact with the skin for at least 30 minutes. Apply as often as necessary. If necessary, cover the affected area - do not apply pressure. Warning: if a rash appears, remove the gel and seek medical attention. For severe burns, seek medical attention. For external use only. Do not use after the expiry date. Dispose of as clinical waste in accordance with local regulations.
